Hi,

I’m renting a spare bedroom, fully furnished. The street is very quiet in a very safe quiet neighborhood. The property is on the Belmont/Cambridge/Watertown border. Buss 73 and bus 75 are 3 minutes away, and will get you to Harvard Square in 10 minutes. Single occupancy only.

I live on the other side with my male partner and two corgis. One is a puppy.

Everything is included, new linen, free use of washer and dryer. There is a small fridge in the room as well. Very fast internet 1Gig.

I’m looking for a mature student, internet or a short term professional who has a fixed schedule. No drugs, abuse of alcohol, or loud music. Please note that there is no overnight parking on our small street.

Kitchen is fully equipped.
