Hi! I’m 29F looking for someone to move into a townhouse October 1 or later to sign a one year lease. Move in date is flexible, potential earlier move in if needed. It is 3 bed 2 bath with in unit laundry and off street parking. There is gym equipment in the basement that you are welcome to use. It is currently furnished but happy to move out furniture for anyone moving in, including in shared spaces. No cat or dogs allowed on the lease. Please contact me for more info!
