Cozy Apartment in Auburndale

Hi! My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for new roommate! This apartment is a spacious 2 bed 1.5 bath located in Auburndale. Move-in would be April 1st - signing on is due by February 1st. Lease is for April 1, 2026-March 31, 2027..

Rent is $2500 per month so your half would be $1250. Heat and water are including. We are responsible for electricity and wifi which comes to about $60 each per month.

The room that would be open has its own windows, fits a queen sized bed, desk, and bureau and has 2 closets. My roommate will likely be leaving her bed for free if interested. Common spaces will remain mostly furnished!

Free on-site parking in the buildings parking lot reserved for tenants. The commuter rail is a 5 minute walk (Auburndale Station) and the end of the green line (Riverside) is about a 5 minute drive.

Laundry is run through an app on the lower floor of the building.

About me! I am a 23 (almost 24!) year old dance teacher. I work 6 days per week and often later in the day so am not home all the time. I would like to be friendly with my roommate and enjoy going out to do things as well as stay in and read.
