Hi everyone, my roommate and I (25- and 41-year-old female professionals) are looking for a third roommate to rent a newly redone third floor bedroom in a multifamily 3BR/2.5BA house in Arlington. The landlady lives just downstairs in the first unit. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished but has wood floors, a closet for storage, and a locking door for privacy. I am an introvert who likes to read, cook, and occasionally play the violin.

The common areas are on the second floor in the unit and include:

- Kitchen with kitchen island and new appliances.

- Fully furnished living room and dining room with entertainment area, elliptical machine, and gas burning fireplace.

- Fully furnished guest room

- A full bath with laundry facilities, and a half bath on the second floor

- Fenced in backyard with patio area and furniture.

The whole apartment is about 1875 square feet, with your bedroom being about 150 square feet. The common areas are on the second floor and feature an open concept floor plan.

It is located on a quiet street off Massachusetts Avenue, with the 77 bus stop just around the corner. Walking distance to Stop & Shop and Whole Foods, close to Arlington Center and Porter Square, short bus ride to Harvard Square.

I have asthma so there will be no smoking/vaping, and for the same reason only service animals are allowed. Message me if you are interested!
