Bedroom with Private Bathroom in Shared House

Available November 1st. I am offering a bedroom with an private bathroom in a single family house. The rent of $1650 includes utilities, access to free laundry, and free parking. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Arlington near Route 2 about two miles from Alewife Station. Two bus routes (one to Alewife Station, one to Harvard Station have stops very close). The male owner (me) is the only other resident of the house.

The bedroom/bathroom available for rent is on the first floor. The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom. My bedroom/bathroom is on the second floor. (Please note: this is not two separate units, but two floors in a single family house.) Housemate would have full use of kitchen, living room, deck, and yard. Despite the shared common areas, the tenant's privacy will be respected at all times. The bedroom for rent can be furnished if requested.

References are required as part of the review process. If accepted, tenant will need to sign a lease (of a negotiable duration) and provide a security deposit of $1000. Serious inquiries are welcome and all questions will be answered promptly.
