There’s a large, shared living space and kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer. New refrigerator and dishwasher. New floors, sink, and counters in the kitchen. Access to a nice backyard, and storage space available in the attic.

Located in Arlington Heights, the apartment is close to restaurants and close to multiple bus stops. A short walk/bus-ride to Stop & Shop, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods. Five-minute walk to the Minutemen Bikepath which will take you to Alewife T station or Lexington. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

As for us, we are three, easygoing professionals in our 30s who like to keep a clean, peaceful living space. We are looking for someone around the same age and wants to keep our home drama-free.

Heat/electricity split equally between everyone in the apartment, more expensive in winter with heat but cheap in summer. Internet is split by everyone in the house (there is another apartment on the first floor.)
