Room available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse. Move-in is available immediately. Current lease runs through August 31 with the option to renew.

Rent is $1,150 per month. First month, last month, and a security deposit are required at move-in. Utilities are split evenly and usually average about $150 per person.

The townhouse includes laundry in the basement, one parking space, a small backyard, and is within walking distance to the Red Line.

A little about me: I enjoy sports and staying active and am currently training for a marathon. I prefer a quieter living situation and keep shared spaces clean. I am looking for a respectful and responsible roommate with similar habits. Preference for someone in their 20s or 30s.
