9-month room available in Easthampton, MA Condo

bedroom rental, nice view of Mt. Tom and queen bed!!

I'm looking for a tidy, reliable, good-communicating, conscientious housemate to share space in my newly renovated, freshly painted condo in Easthampton. A little about me: I'm a social worker, writer, meditator and I work in Northampton. I'm tidy, sociable, cleanly. I do have a cat, so please, no animals. I'm race, gender, size, ability, religion affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming. I'm a pescatarian. No smoking, no 420. I don't mind small gatherings in the house but it would not be a fit if you like to have large, raucous parties. I expect the person to clean up after themselves and to keep the common areas clean and looked after.

About the place:  It's a little gem within walking distance to the bike path, to Easthampton shops, and a short bike ride to the Easthampton Coop. Two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room. It's on a quiet street with off-street parking. Washer and dryer in basement private to the unit. Some storage in basement. The condo is one in a four-unit building with a small backyard and little patio.

Your room is medium-sized, can come furnished or not. It's on the second floor, not sharing a wall with the other bedroom. It has a lovely view of Mount Tom and gets some spectacular light in the morning/afternoon.
References, first, and security (half month's rent). Background check required.
$700/month which includes toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Utilities additional. Only looking for one month rental, up to 1.5 months. Ideal for short stints for professionals scoping out the area.
