We are looking for a responsible, considerate roommate to join our household.

About Us:

I am a stay-at-home, full-time PCA dad living with my 7-year-old autistic child. We have a preference for a female roommate, but are entirely open to the right male candidate who is a good fit for our household dynamics.

The Space:

You will have your choice of two unique private-entry options:

A private basement space, or

A bright 4-season cedar room located just off the main living area.

Details:

Rent: $1,000/month

Utilities: Heat, hot water, and standard utilities are fully included in the rent.

Food: Residents are responsible for their own groceries and meals.
