Quiet neighborhood

Hi, I’m a 52 yr old menopausal woman. Life throws us curveballs and I’m looking for a roommate. I have an 8lb dog that will bark at you until you r been accepted as part of the household. This is a second floor apartment. I can furnish it but I don’t have a mattress. This is a lovely old home with beautiful woodwork, a butlers pantry and clawfoot tub.

We will share the bathroom and kitchen. There’s a living room and a dining room. There’s a small screened in porch on the second floor and two porches on the first floor.

I have antiques so I’d need someone that isn’t terribly clumsy. I’m not a slob but I’m not near. I appreciate honesty and will give the same.

Washer and dryer included. No dishwasher. Decent backyard if you wanted to garden or whatever.
