Located in the second floor of a single family home is a tranquil oasis away from city noise while living in a city. Access to public transportation and all major highways. Residence located in very desired Pine Hill area of West Lynn in a cul-de-sac away from random traffic. We all know each other around here. We treasure our peace and quiet as we work hard and need our rest. We don’t party here or bring overnight visitors. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and deck with brand new grill. Off street parking. No pets. Must be willing to undergo a background check, provide proof of income and provide first and last month +deposit prior to moving. Ideal candidate will be looking to rent for 6 months-1 year and don’t mind homeowner occupied. Utilities are included so I ask that roommates be energy/water usage conscious. I don’t do drama.
