Located within single family home, owner occupied, in a cul de sac of the very desired Pine Hill area of the city. It's a tranquil Oasis without giving up the perks of living in a city. It is a quiet neighborhood where we all know and care for each other without being intrusive. Accessible via public transportation and all major highways with Logan airport only 8.6 miles away by car. With Lynn Woods Reservation in close proximity, occasionally we enjoy wildlife sightings (mostly deer, bunnies, birds, coyotes). We value and respect each other’s space and are mindful that people residing here will most likely have different work schedules. Sleeping routines may vary as well. We work very hard and thus value our rest time. We don’t party here. We don’t bring overnight visitors here. The room currently available for rent is the largest in the house at 228sq feet space and spacious closet, a skylight for astronomers enthusiasts, and added room lighting, ceiling fan. 1 shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and deck with grill. We’ve never had an issue but you might want to consider getting renter’s insurance if it makes you feel better. Off street parking for 1 car, WiFi, washer and dryer on site. We are Energy/Water use mindful as it is included in the rent. These expenses are monitored monthly and may affect our cost of living accordingly. A list of energy savings practices recommended by MassSave and Energy Star will be provided. Cleanliness/organizational skills are crucial as we would be 3 people sharing the house.
