Beautiful two bed looking for roommate!

hey all! I am looking for a roommate who is in their 20s-30s who can communicate well and is generally clean and respectful. I rent a 2 bedroom apartment in Salem on the first floor with a sweet and friendly kitty. The apartment has a really scenic planted yard with seating area, patio and lights, two bedrooms, an office, living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The bathroom has heated floors (amazing btw), the kitchen has a full size dishwasher and lots of counter space and storage. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Salem downtown area, but just over the bridge so we avoid most of the seasonal traffic in the summer and fall. The rent is 1375 a month plus utilities. I love living here and would like to live with someone else who will love this place as much as I do!
I am 25 years old and I am a glass and sculpture artist. I graduated from college at MassArt last year and I love to do crafts like jewelry making, embroidery, collaging and other ways of making art. I also have a cat and would do best with someone who has lived with cats and would like to have a really nicely decorated home. I ride a motorcycle, enjoy going to the gym, love making tea/coffee, going paddle boarding in the summer, and lots of other adventurous/outdoor activities. I tend to be out and about, or watching bobs burgers in my room if I’m home. I cook and clean a lot, and I would love to live with someone who would like to have some nights where we hang out or watch/cook something together and just vibe when there’s time.
