Full shared bath. Laundry, coin operated in basement along with storage. Street/off street parking. Mom & Pop grocery store two min walk, next to post office.

Month to month lease. First/Last/$300 security. References w/LL & past/current mates huge plus.

Us two are over 40. This detail out the gate bc we just don't want to hold anyone back. Not a party house or loud gatherings, nor entering someone's private room, without consent.

Into co existing, safe, trusting, fun, light, supportive, considerate humanz. No chore wheels/schedules. Clean as we go.

Be considerate with common spaces. Gas stove, fridge, microwave, everything in the kitchen is open for all to use.
Utilities run between $90/130, electric, gas and net. Trying to keep this short. friendly, just not in apartment/same for smokers. If you throw your butts on the ground though, this ain't the place.
