Come enjoy coastal living in a beautiful neighborhood on a dead-end street with easy access to everything—15 minutes to Plum Island and Salisbury Beach & Reservation, 20 minutes to Hampton, 25 minutes to Portsmouth, 40 minutes to Boston, and under two hours to the breathtaking White Mountains (North Conway/Kancamagus Highway). Beaches, city life, and mountains all within reach.

This is a spacious 7-bedroom home, and you’ll essentially have the entire first floor to yourself, including a private bathroom, and your own kitchen. There are also two additional rooms on this floor. If you needed one perhaps as an office, creative space, or storage, this is something we could talk about.. Once in a while I’ll use the downstairs kitchen, but I do have my own kitchen on the second floor which is where I do most my cooking. We (my 13-year-old son and I) spend most of our time upstairs, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and breathing room.
This is my first time opening my home since my two older children moved out (one to Hawaii, one to Boston), and it finally feels right to share the space.

A little about me: Warm, down-to-earth, empathetic, positive, easy-going, and I truly see my home as a peaceful sanctuary.

A little about you: Drama-free, responsible, considerate, respectful, and most important of all, trustworthy, and honest.

For everyone’s safety, I do require a background check and references. I’m not judgmental about minor past issues, but I do need to be thoughtful and protective since I have a child at home.

To move in, I’ll need first month’s rent plus $1500 security deposit. Or In lieu of security deposit ($1500), you can agree to sign a legally binding contract my lawyer would draw up -that in fancy legal terms-would state that you’d agree to pay for any damages or missing property that resulted while you were living here as a tenant. I know it might be challenging for some people to come up with a an initial large upfront sum. Whatever works better for you is good for me.

More than anything, I want this to feel like your home, not just a rental. I’m flexible and really looking for the right fit.

For the right person and situation, I’d be willing to go down a bit on the rent ($2,000). With that said, that’s for specific situations. Please keep in mind… you’re getting much more than a room- you’re getting an entire floor in sought-after, beautiful and historical Newburyport.

ABOUT US:

I’m an energy healer and have my masters in IET (Integrated Energy Healing), Reiki and Crystal Healing. I also bartend during the summer months. My favorite places are the beach and the mountains and spend as much time as I can there in the summer. I love working out, music, dancing, hiking, camping, collecting seashells, cooking, and traveling.

My son is 13, and he’s a very sweet kid! He loves making people laugh and just being a good-ball. He does have high functioning autism so he does have ABA therapists come to our home 4 times a week. They work on skills to help him grow and become independent and self-sufficient.

We also have a dog named Lola who’s a yourkie-maltese mix. She’s very sweet, loves attention, and hardly ever barks. Despite being 12 years young, she still acts and plays like a puppy.

I’d prefer someone who’s positive, warm, high vibe, and who like me, has no room for negativity or drama in their life. Life’s too short.
