Private bedroom available in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home in Methuen, Massachusetts. The home is currently shared with two roommates.

Rent is $780 per month. First and last month’s rent are required before move-in, for a total of $1,560. Proof of income is required. One parking space is included.

The room includes access to a shared bathroom and a washer and dryer within the home. Please note that there is no full kitchen. There is a designated area for washing dishes and preparing simple meals, with a microwave, coffee maker, one electric burner, and an electric grill.

No smoking and no pets are permitted. We are looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, and dependable roommate. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and respect the privacy, belongings, and schedules of the other occupants.
