46 year old professional and college student looking for a chill, respectful roommate to share a beautiful furnished home in Methuen.

The house sits right on a peaceful lake with beautiful views, plenty of outdoor space, a screened porch, fire pit, and lots of room to relax, work, or study. It’s quiet, comfortable, and feels more like a retreat than a typical rental.

I work from home and go to college, but I’m only at the house 2 to 3 days a week since my primary home is in Maine. That means you’ll have plenty of privacy and space.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and low key. Looking for someone with a similar vibe who wants a peaceful place to live without the typical roommate drama.
