1 bedroom for rent

Current roommate is moving out at the end of April! Great price for the area (heart of Marblehead!) This is a 2 bed 1 bathroom. Basement laundry (gotta pay with an app). I would prefer females, but I am open. Must be cleanly and respectful of shared spaces. I sometimes work early mornings so quietness is appreciated when necessary. Must be OK with a dog and a cat. I would prefer no more animals, but that’s possibly negotiable. I ask for someone who can clean up after themselves, be respectful and help clean up shared spaces and has a steady job/ income. MUST pass a credit and background check. Internet is $45 a month and electricity will range depending on the season. Gas and water is included in the rent. This is for May 1! My current roommate moves out April 30.
