I have a spare bedroom in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood in Lynn, MA to share.
I am a 77 yo female- retired, musician, single, quiet with one cat (Otis).
The house is clean with a nice deck and back yard.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor which will be shared.
LGBTQ+ friendly.

I would ideally like to share this house with a woman over 50. Must love cats and love music. 420 friendly.
Ideally you would be a musician yourself but that may be asking too much.
You will be expected to share chores like cleaning and do your own laundry - washer & dryer are in the basement.
Not accessible by public transportation so you will need a car or use ride services.

I am retired now but practice every day - during the day.
