The room is a good size with a surprisingly deep closet and plenty of beautiful natural sunlight. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and filled with plants. While the apartment is already furnished, we don’t want that to discourage you from bringing your own furniture, decorations, and personal touches. We want the space to feel like your home too! Located in a great area, just about 5 minutes from downtown Haverhill, with several nice parks within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible. You’ll have your own parking spot on the side of the apartment. There’s no laundry in the apartment, but there are laundromats nearby. We also have a front porch and backyard area that are great for hanging out. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and *20-friendly (smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re welcome to enjoy it outside on the porch/backyard). We also have a 12-year-old dog named Bruna who loves people. She’s getting older but is still very lively and loves having company! 🐶❤️ Overall, we’re looking for someone who wants a comfortable, welcoming place to live and who will treat the apartment like their home. We want whoever moves in to feel comfortable being themselves and making the space their own!

Landlord requests first and last to move in so total to move in would be $2200 (total rent) but your rent monthly would be $1000

We’re Shannon and Hunter We’re both pretty low key, easygoing people who enjoy having a comfortable and relaxed home. Hunter spends a lot of his free time gaming, while I love making art, doing puzzles, and finding little creative projects to keep me busy. We’re both very friendly and would love to hang out, watch something, play games, or grab food together, but we also completely understand the importance of having your own space and alone time. We’re respectful of boundaries and pretty go-with-the-flow people. We’re hoping to find someone who fits into that same kind of vibe. Ultimately, we want everyone in the apartment to feel comfortable, respected, and at home. 🏡🌿
