Private Room In 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Appt

The apartment, including your bedroom, is unfurnished, other than communal toiletry items that I have bought. If you want a kitchen table and chairs, a microwave, a TV, a rug, a couch, bedroom lighting, etc., please bring them yourself. My roommate will be taking these aforementioned items when she leaves, as she owns them. The apartment has central heating but no AC, so bring an AC unit for your bedroom if you have one. There is ample parking, either free (Haverhill Public Library lot, street parking) or paid (apartment parking lot). There is a balcony by the kitchen shared with the neighbors to the right of us.
