You can smoke, but only if outside. Any pets (except dogs) are fine, including cats, reptiles, rodents, fish, etc.

We've lived here since 2016. Apartment is currently shared between a 53 y/o mother and college-aged son studying computer science. We are tidy, but live with 1 cat. Mother is always home. Son works part-time and is usually home but sometimes away for work, school, or friends. Close friends and family will visit rarely, but no strangers or potential trouble.
