About the home:

This is a relaxed, low-key home rather than a party house. I'm friendly and enjoy socializing, but I also appreciate personal space, privacy, and downtime.

I work in healthcare and am also a student. I'm a U. S. Marine Corps veteran, and fellow veterans are absolutely welcome.

I have four small dogs, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. They are part of the household, so someone who genuinely likes animals would probably be happiest here.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. Quiet mornings and evenings are important to me because I'm a light sleeper and need to be up for work.

Guests are absolutely okay — I just ask for a heads-up when someone will be visiting. My boyfriend also visits, so the expectation goes both ways. I'll hold myself to the same standards of cleanliness, communication, consideration, and respect that I ask from a roommate.
