Roommate wanted to fill a spare bedroom!

Hi, I have a single bedroom in my home that is not being used, so I'm considering putting it up for rent if I can find the right roommate! It's the largest bedroom out of the two, would be great for a college student as it has enough room for a desk set up as well as bedroom furniture. Modern mini-split AC and heating in your bedroom (so you can control the temperature as you prefer!), patio in the back with a fenced in backyard. Shared spaces include kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry and any outdoor spaces.

Looking for a roommate who is sober, clean, loves pets, doesn't have many visitors (though we can talk about it!) and is LGBTQ+ friendly. If we share a few interests and ideals, all the better! If you have a pet, please contact me for more details about your pet- I am open to pets (ESA's as well), but I need to meet them first and have a conversation with you about them before anything else 🧡

I kept the current furniture in the pictures so you can get an idea of the size of the room- any furniture that's in the room currently will be removed before anyone moves in. The couch is 90" wide.
