Available August 1st, 2026. Seeking a mature (an attitude, not an age), respectful, employed roomie to share an exceptionally well-maintained ranch-style home in Yarmouth. NO drugs, smoking (including vaping), firearms, or excessive drinking. You may have guests in, but no “overnights.” Must like friendly dogs.
You’ll be responsible for weekly cleaning of your room and bathroom, as well as cleaning up any common areas used. Owner takes care of most of the housekeeping as well as the yard, but may need occasional help with heavy or out of reach items.
Rent includes utilities, washer & dryer, parking, storage, cable tv, high-speed internet (off at 10 PM), kitchen privileges, furnished room/bath, occasional 4-legged furry friends, and occasional shared meals that I provide.
Financial and character references required.
I am a health conscious professional, semi-retired. We use few to no chemicals including fragranced toiletries or cleaners in my home or yard.
