Bright Room in Spacious Shared House in Falmouth.

The Room and House:
We have a room available on the second floor of a well-maintained shared house in East Falmouth. The room shares a bathroom with only two other persons. You’ll have full access to the common areas, including a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient in-unit washer/dryer. The house also features central AC and heating for year-round comfort.

The Location:
Great location in the town of Falmouth! We are close to local shops and public transportation, making it easy to get around even without a car. There is also plenty of parking available on-site.

The Household:
You’ll be joining a friendly and respectful group. Currently, there is one tenant on the first floor and two on the second. We keep a clean and quiet home environment and are looking for someone similar who is responsible and easy-going.
