Looking for roommate to share apartment

Hello I'm Melissa. My current roommate of 7 years is relocating to Cali for work when our yr lease is up March 31st so looking for a new roommate to share a 1200 Sq ft barn style apartment. 2 bedrooms (ur bedroom size:11.5 "x 19") , one bath, parking, back yard, 2.8 miles to old silver beach, restaurant across the st. with live music in summer, includes snow removal and yard cleanup. No smoking on property, no pets.

I am a mental health counselor working with children and families. I am a non smoker, love the beach, to hike, exercise, snowmobile, enjoy hosting friends and family for game nights and holidays. I have 2 cute nephews( 6 & 10) who like to sleepover every few months. I do have family stay over when visiting and have a full day bed with twin trundle to host. My current roommate also has his family stay from time to time. I like to keep rooms tidy and rotate on cleaning & household purchases. I do have an autoimmune, so am looking for someone that is ok with natural cleaners and unscented laundry detergent as that irritates my condition. An ideal roommate would be health conscious, want a peaceful home throughout the week, and has assertive communication style. I am looking for a roommate that feels they will fit in with my lifestyle, who are respectful of
those around them, and clean up after themselves. Deal breakers for me include someone that smokes, vapes, drinks to excess, is messy, and cooks with sesame oil (I am allergic).

The landlord will require first, last, and security, along with typical background/credit checks. A new year lease will be signed for April 1, 2026. Monthly rent is 1212.50 each. I prefer to grab coffee to meet and see if we'd be a good match. If not willing to meet in person please don't reply. I'm excited for this next chapter : )
