Beautiful Townhouse in Woodland Hills, CA

We live in a beautiful townhouse in the nice, quiet & safe neighborhood of Woodland Hills. The place is gated and there are be plenty of parking space. This is a great opportunity for someone just looking to build a nest egg while working and living in a safe environment. I know what it?s like to pay for an entire apartment on a single income and it?s not easy, so renting a room is the best alternative.

This is a small room that can fit a twin or queen size bed. It's not that big but it's perfect for 1 person. It does have a large wardrobe. You can probably fit a small desk. The room has high ceiling. It already has a mattress but if you want to buy or bring your own that's fine with us. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other female roommate. All utilities are included, potentially saving you $200 or more.

This isn?t an easy fit for most people. We are a family of 4 with two small babies, age 2 and 1. We are quiet and considerate people but our babies would do what babies would do, so having a roommate that's understanding, patient, and loves babies is a must. Our master bedroom is on the opposite end of the room so that definitely helps.

Also, we cook Asian food, so if that's your thing then you may really like our place. The ideal roommate would probably be just someone that's really mature (age don't matter) that understands that life isn't perfect and we have to make the best of it. LA has a housing shortage and being able to understand that we're all just human beings and we're all just trying to make it - so getting along with others is important. Just someone with immense gratitude and appreciation for things in general.

Woodland Hills is a well-off neighborhood with parks, shopping centers, malls, great restaurants, and the 101 freeway all close by. Calabasas is just 2 mins away from our place. In addition, there are many great hiking spots like Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space or Topanga State Park. Malibu beach is just a 30 minute drive away.
