I’m currently seeking a MALE to takeover my lease (through Feb. 2022) for a very affordable SHARED room in the Mid City area in a 2-bedroom Townhouse. Close to Koreatown.

(5 months on the lease left)

This is an upper level townhouse 2-bedroom that is occupied by 5 males (including me). You must walk up the stairs to enter.

Neighborhood:

I was actually surprised about how quiet it is here for the most part. I feel safe in the area. The street is narrow and it’s one block from Venice blvd.

In my opinion, this living arrangement is similar to a dorm setup. You share a one room with one person and then two-bathrooms, and kitchen amongst all roommates.

-Designated space for your groceries in fridge/cabinet space.

-PARKING (huge perk):

Off street is available. The carport has room for 3 cars only (currently only 3 of us have cars so it’s ideal; so of course, when I leave you’ll have a space; one roommate doesn’t live here full time so his car is gone a lot)

-Full kitchen available

-Laundry (ZERO cost to use): laundry room is located in a lockable room on the lower level separately. It is shared amongst all tenants including the tenants living in the first level.

-The room has a small walk-in closet that is shared with the other roommate.

-There are large windows located throughout the home.

-Roommates:

For the most part, the roommates keep to themselves. Two roommates occupy one room and two occupy the second room. The last roommate occupies a section of the living room that is partitioned-off. He is often on Zoom calls throughout the day.

-fairly quiet/low key

Biggest con: No clean freaks- (5 guys) & there is no AC.
