Hi there! I'm looking for a new roommate for my two bedroom two bath apartment! A love of board games and video games would be great (I'm a huge gamer nerd), but it's not a necessity ????
Looking for clean and mature people, LGBTQ-friendly and with a stable income.
I'm an actor and I don't work a 9-to-5 so I am home a decent amount of time but I'm respectful of my roommate's space and privacy.
I've had great luck with roommates in the past so I hope to continue the trend!

DETAILS:

- Your own bedroom (see floor plan) with no shared walls with mine.

- Rent is $1475

- Security deposit is $1450

- One year lease.

- Move-in date is flexible from mid-May to mid-June.

- The apartment is on the first floor, with a balcony and with plenty of daylight (facing south) and the building has a gym, sauna, pool and sundeck.

- The available bedroom is quite large and has its own en suite bathroom and two mirrored closets as well as two windows.

- Your bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is (see pictures), including a TV and a PS4 in the living room.

- Carpet in bedrooms, hardwood floor in the living room and kitchen.

- Situated in the Miracle Mile area, with restaurants and grocery shops within two blocks, The Grove a 5 min drive away and plenty of coffee shops nearby too!

- No pets unfortunately (building policy).

- Separate parking spots, NOT tandem!

- Shared bills are LADWP and gas and a monthly housekeeper.
