Room available is standard medium-sized, non-furnished, with ample space and large closet area. Your own bathroom, shared cupboard spaces and refrigerator space is limited but well accommodated. Large backyard and patio, and plenty of outside parking available. Please no pets.

Looking for (one) responsible and courteous Female Roommate (working professional or student ok) to move into a 3 Bedroom Home. Location is approx. 4 miles from Whittier College in a quiet and safe neighborhood with shopping conveniences (bus stops, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, etc.) close by. Utilities will be included. Deposit will be required upon move in, plus first month's rent. If move in day is before or after first of the month, prorated fee will be applied.

Home is quiet, well kept, and is ideal atmosphere for student/studying or just relaxing. Currently, a small family living in the home, and we are not looking for a roommate who wants to have parties in the house. If interested or have any questions please don't hesitate to respond.
