Hello,

My name is Andrew and I'm relocating out of state for work and will no longer be living in LA.

I need someone to take my lease at Atrium Court in Westwood, which is a 0.25mi walk from UCLA. You will be sharing a 2 bed / 2 bath with three other male UCLA students, two students to a room.

What you get:

>$1,500 cash from me, paid once the leasing office formally transfers the lease into your name and releases me from it.

>$0 security deposit - I'm leaving my $500 deposit in place, so you don't need to put one down. At the end of the lease you will get to keep this deposit.

>Rent is $1,294.46/month, which is your share of the unit's $5,177.83 total rent. Utilities and parking are not included.

>Furnished. The unit comes with appliances and furniture included. You WILL need your own bed and desk.

>Lease ends June 15th, 2027, so you are set for the school year with no summer overlap.

The Apartment:

>10965 Strathmore Dr, Los Angeles 90024 - a 0.25mi walk from UCLA campus. Westwood Village is also nearby, along with grocery stores, gyms, etc.

>Shared unit with 3 other tenants. 2 bedrooms total, 2 bathrooms total. You will be dorming with one other individual and sharing a bathroom.

>Building amenities include pool/jacuzzi, fitness center, and on-site laundry.

Timing: This unit is available TODAY and looking to exit ASAP. I no longer live here.
