Private room in modern Westwood townhouse available for short term sublease, minimum 3 months. Our place is a 25 minute walk to UCLA and a 15 minute walk to Westfield Century city mall. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen.
You would share the space with 3 other people (1 couple in the master bedroom and 1 male in the other room). The other housemates are super nice and respectful people in their mid-20s. One person works from home and the other two work out of the house. We adhere to COVID safety and are fully vaccinated. Housework is distributed via a weekly chore chart and the unit includes a washer and dryer.
