Large Shared Living Room in Westwood near UCLA

Looking for someone to take over a lease that ends on Aug. 31st, 2018. I am moving out to take care of a relative. The monthly rent is $627 without utilities, so it should total to less than $680 with utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, renter's insurance). Parking in the gated complex is an additional $125 per month. The apartment is co-ed, and all the occupants are senior UCLA undergraduates. You would be sharing a large living room space with the male, while the other 2 females occupy the bedrooms separately. They are all quiet, clean, courteous, reliable, and primarily focused on their studies.

Amenities include: stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave in the apartment, and a pool, grills, and washers and dryers in the complex. You are welcome to borrow my furniture (twin bed frame, desk, and chair) for the remainder of the lease if you need it.

The apartment is a 20 min. walk to the center of the UCLA campus, so the area is very safe. It is close to several bus lines operated by the Metro, Big Blue Bus, and Culver CityBus. Also in walking distance are: groceries (24 hours Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods), Target, CVS, and many restaurants. Please let me know if you are at all interested!
