Jimmy is a highly educated professional.

The rent stabilization ordinance of the City of Los Angeles gives him the right to replace the original tenants with roommates. Jimmy has lived in this apartment for more than 29 years. During 14 of those years he has brought in roommates.

Jimmy graduated UCLA in theater and did a Master's program in computer science at Cal State Chico in the early 90s. He holds 280 units of higher education, including the sorbonne in Paris France, the two universities and several community colleges.

Jimmy has performed in musical theater during his entire life. During his final year at UCLA he produced a full scale award-winning musical in the musical theatre Workshop of the UCLA Opera Workshop of the UCLA music department.

Since then Jimmy has been focused on Motion Pictures. He owned an international Motion Picture Supply Company called Raw Stock Center selling raw film and other supplies to Produce motion pictures with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London England.

Ask Jimmy to sing any song for you and he goes right into it. He knows about 5,000 songs.

Jimmy was taught business growing up from a very early age by his very successful father, Irving Israel, the greatest person Jimmy ever knew and by his mother Anne Israel, a very fine performer herself. Jimmy turned to screenplay writing in the early '80s and his first screenplay was accepted by the most successful European production Company in Europe, a family love story based around the troubles in Ireland.
