I am looking for someone to fill my room at my current apartment. I am moving closer to work and my other roommates would like to stay at our current place!
The room is 12.5x13ft with a large closet with mirrored doors, hardwood floors, sliding glass door to the balcony, and a shared bathroom.
The neighborhood is really great with a Ralph?s, Walgreens, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance.
The roommates staying are friendly, slightly introverted, and work in the film industry. They are very clean, respectful, and enjoy working together in the living room. All have full time jobs and are out of the house most of the day.
There are two cats in the apartment that roam the shared living space and their owners bedroom. They are very friendly and like to be pet.
