Uncle Dave's Housing is a non-profit company dedicated to helping men with low cost housing. We have helped hundreds of men go through what can be a difficult time and process.
We make moving for you easy and affordable. Just bring your clothes, toothbrush, pillow, and a good attitude. You can come and go as you wish. This is independent living. We offer a quiet and hassle-free place to live whether you are trying to get back on your feet or just need a place to call home.

Here's what you need to move in:

Your first month's rent $600.00 plus a one time application fee $35.00. That's it! Then each month afterwards is $600.00. Nothing else.

We rent on a month to basis - no lease or contract

No security deposit or credit check

You just pay one low monthly rate
