Spacious master bedroom in SM/West LA for Feb move

Looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in a 3b/3b on the edge of Santa Monica & West LA 2 story townhome type apartment. $1230/month & in a rent controlled building starting February 1st! Preferably a 10 month min commitment but the apartment is month to month.

The master is very spacious and has its own working gas fireplace, small balcony, 2 large closets (one a walk-in, the other behind huge mirrors) and ac unit. The bathroom has a glass standing shower. I’m selling all of my furniture so you can purchase if you want otherwise i will get it out before you move in just lmk ASAP. The utilities are pretty low around $20 for internet monthly then $50-60 every 2 months for electricity. The apartment covers gas/water. We have 3 tandem parking spots but street parking is easily accessible.

The other 2 roommates are female 20 somethings. One has a big emotional support dog so new renter must be pet friendly. Although, not sure if you’re able to bring your own pet but can check with property manager if that’s of interest. New roommate must be clean, financially responsible, easy to get along with and COVID responsible.

If you’re superstitious, this apartment is very lucky. I’ve lived here for 5 years and the only reason people have moved out was either because they got an incredible job or bc they moved in with their boyfriends who turned into fiancé’s 🤪
