Room available in 2BR 2 Bath Sunny Spacious Apt!

Hi! My name is Max and I have a room available in a spacious West Hollywood apartment. There are two rooms to choose from (Zander, my current roomie, will move into the other): the master bedroom (private bathroom, walk in closet, AC unit rent: $1250) and guest bedroom (main bathroom, closet space, rent: $1150). Both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, office chair, bookcase and 2 night stands.

The apartment has an available parking spot and laundry on premises. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and garbage disposal.


A few requirements from the landlady:

1. Submit an application on Zillow (I will send after you come check the place out)
2. You must be willing to sign a 12 month lease with my current roommate Zander (his profile is the one on the ad)
3. Ideal applicants have good credit, established income more than 30% of income, and good rent history.

Sorry for all the hoops to jump through, but it is truly an amazing, in-demand, place. It will be worth it!
