Located on N Harper Ave (between Santa Monica & Fountain), the apartment is a LARGE, breezy oasis in a quiet, well-managed building with an unbeatable location. Note: the apartment will be unfurnished come April.

The ideal roommates:
Respectful, clean and working full time. COVID conscious. Super chill and reasonably quiet, particularly between 10pm and 8am per neighborhood and building ordinances.

Guests are fine on limited basis. Everyone living in the apartment needs to feel safe and respected, particularly during the ongoing pandemic.

1-2 pets is fine on case by case basis.

To move in:
1 month rent and security deposit ($1100)
Lease is 1 year, month-to-month after that

About me:
31 year old male from New York City that Relocated here at the end of 2020. I work full time managing a portfolio of websites and currently work from home. I am also a music producer, but not the noisy type. I love animals but do not have any pets. I'm pescatarian but don't care what you eat. friendly and enjoy capping off the day with a drink. Often try to be out jogging/hiking/exploring whenever possible.

I've been subleasing here since November. My current roommates (2 brothers), are relocating at the end of March and I'm looking to renew the lease with awesome likeminded individuals.
