Shared common space that is furnished. Month to month lease. must be employed and qualify through building management. Building amenities include gym, pool and spa (which are still open) Common area is furnished and you would just need to bring furniture for your bedroom/bathroom. Great outdoor space with patio furniture and some gym equipment. Wide street with great views and beautiful palm trees.
