32yo quiet professional female looking for a roommate to move in, replacing current roommate

I am in my early 30s, professionally employed and very quiet, keep to myself and work from home in my room with early starts around 8am, so I am usually in bed early /up early! I travel often so you will mostly have the apartment to yourself. I am looking for a respectful roommate who is not disruptive, or loud - preferably no pets. Someone quiet and respectful is most important - I am a light sleeper and try to live a healthy lifestyle, so would not suit someone looking for a party spot. When home I’m usually in my bedroom relaxing and will be out your way.

Move-in dates would ideally be end of July / beginning of august. Contract is monthly rolling, tenants must pass approval checks by the management of the building prior to moving in.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic central location, super safe neighborhood - 2 minute walk from Ralph’s /Bristol Farms, 10 minute walk - or a short drive from the Beverly Center / Melrose Avenue / trader joes / Rodeo Drive (to name a few!)

I have lived in the apartment for 4.5 years and the location is one of my favorite things about it. For the area this is a fantastic price – and the apartment is spacious.

Bedroom available has extensive built-in closet space, space for a queen/double, comes unfurnished with adjoining private bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet, sink)

The living space is shared - kitchen, living area, dining area and balcony. This area is mostly unfurnished as I don’t use it and am away a lot travelling - you are welcome to add furniture

Large living space, balcony off the living area, good sized adjoining kitchen and dining area/dining table, which can be used as a work space.

The room also comes with a parking space in underground gated garage

Utilities are additional / shared 50/50 and typically work out around $100/month in total.
