One of our roommates is moving out July 15th, so we are in need of another COVID-conscientious housemate!

This is a private room (100 sq ft) in a 3-bedroom apartment in Hollywood (Little Armenia).

Ideal for someone who is clean, chill, responsible with a reliable income, and follows CDC guidelines. And even extra ideal if you are an introverted creative type who is into film/tv, music, video games, art, and tech! :)

Your room is a cozy well-lit room with a walk-in closet. You would be sharing a full bath with one other person (male).

Utilities & internet vary every other month, ranging from $20-60 depending on which bill.

Contract is month-to-month and includes a $850 security deposit.
