This entire top floor of a duplex is tucked in the back courtyard with a private staircase entrance with 2 security doors for extra safety. This unit comes with air conditioning and heat, tandem parking (1 of which is inside a garage), washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor patio, original wood floors/beamed celings, 2 fireplaces, and an option to keep your bedroom furnished if you'd like.

I am a respectful, friendly, organized, clean, professional 31 year old male born and raised in LA and looking for a respectful and clean roommate in their 20's or 30's.
