Room for rent available in Hollywood

Hello!

We have one room available in a 3 bed room and 1.5 bathroom apartment located right in the center of Hollywood. Walking distance to Arclight, Hollywood Blvd, Vine St., etc.

Two of the roommates are married and share one room however they permanently reside in a different state and are only in town every other month or so. The other roommate is a former navy vet. So essentially it will be you and one other person in the apartment.

The apartment has a kitchen, living area and dining room as well. Coin laundry (washer/dryer) is available on site and lots of street parking. It's a good place to live in a fun neighborhood.

The rent is $1075 + $100 for utilities for a total of $1175 per month. In order to move in, your first month's rent, last month's rent and a security deposit of $500 is required. The security deposit is refundable when you move out. The owner of the apartment complex requires a credit and background check which costs $30. If you are interested in renting the place, you'll be asked to bear the cost of the background and credit check. These $30 are non-refundable. It's the policy of the owner and you can always discuss the cost and the process of the background/credit check with the owner.

The apartment is equipped with TV, kitchen appliances and other necessities. We have WiFi, and Netflix and Amazon Prime connected to our TV.

The room has a bed, desk and book shelf that you are welcome to keep or discard. The bedroom has another door that connects to the adjacent apartment but is perpetually bolted locked on both sides. And then there is another door to the outside entrance that you can use to enter and exit the apartment.

We have two fridges with plenty of room. Some of the furniture will be moved including the dining table, bar and a couch leaving you with one couch and plenty of room to decorate with any other furniture that you'd like. There is a storage room with some storage capacity available down the line.

There is parking space for two cars adjacent to the apartment. One space is occupied by one of the roommates. The other is free at the moment. And then there is a lot of parking space available on the street around the apartment.
