Beautiful new home w/ furnished bedroom, pvt bath

This is a beautiful brand 3-story new construction house (2015). I'm a chill guy and prefer a female roomie even though I am spoken for (you will NOT get hit on!). I simply get along with women a bit better. I have a small quiet older dog that will steal your heart. She does NOT bark. The area is quiet and the house is upscale with real wood floors, granite counter tops kitchen and baths. Your room has your own bathroom and balcony. The room is on the 3rd floor as is the laundry. It is fully furnished with an expensive Serta Queen Bed which has a dust-mite protector always, so it is always CLEAN! House has blazing fast Internet and walking distance to Melrose Strip (10 min) and Larchmont Village (about 15 min walk). The street is lined with $1 million to $3 million dollar homes. This house is behind a security gate (you get a keychain remote). I am a writer and mostly pretty quiet. I'm very respectful and expect the same. There is a 75" TV with all channels in the common space. Air/Heating throughout and independent temperature settings for each room. Powder room on the main floor means your bathroom stays private
