My home is located in peaceful, idyllic West Covina, near several large parks. There are lots of trails and walkways in the area, and it is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers. My neighborhood is made up of mostly families with young kids and retired persons. I tend a picturesque flower garden, with avocado and calamondin trees in the backyard. What I am looking for in the "ideal" roommate is someone who is keen on her time management, well organized, respectful, friendly, and with a pleasant disposition.
