Hi! I am looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath private house in South Hill, West Covina. This is a 6-month lease (long-term lease is also possible), starting Dec 20, 2017. The furnished room is $950/month including all utilities, parking, and a shared bathroom with 1 other female.

Current roommates are two young professionals. We both are kept pretty busy with the daily routines so there aren't many distractions in the house. We always try to pick up after ourselves and keep the common areas tidy. There is no pet in the house.

House: Located at the top of the hill in South Hill, West Covina. 3-bedroom private house. 2 living rooms. Large kitchen with a dining table. Patio with BBQ grill and couch. New washer and dryer. Additional fridge and plenty of storage space. Garage. 2 bathrooms (1 shared bathroom*).

Your room: Furnished with a Queen size bed, 2 bedside dressers, and huge wardrobe.
2 Large windows - Plenty of sunlight during the day, giving you more than enough Vitamin D and keeping you energized all day long! Also comes with blackout curtains for you to freely control the amount of sunlight in the room.

Surrounding Environment: Quiet, clean, and safe community fenced off hills. Free access to gym, pool, and Jacuzzi.

Transportation: Extremely easy access to Freeway 605 and 10.
