*Short Term Rental for Feb - Mid March*

Hi there,

I am renting out my spacious Master bedroom with a Private Bathroom in a 3 story townhome.
Every bedroom is at a different level so you will have privacy.
Looking for a female roommate since the other 2 rooms are occupied by female roommates.
We like to keep it quiet and the place is perfect if you want the same. Sorry, guests are not allowed.
The townhome has high ceilings in the living room and is on a tree-lined street.
The room has TV with Netflix, Wifi and is furnished. Laundry is in the unit and all kitchen appliances and dishes will be available for you to use.
There are a few parks in the area and the house is situated right next to Kenneth Hahn park so there is a lot of nature around and plenty of options for hiking including Culver City Stairs. Culver City downtown is 10 min drive and the airport is 15 mins away.
I will be out of town from Jan 29 until March 18. Rent is $1650 for a month and $2500 if you want it for the entire time from Jan 29 to March 18. Dates can be extended upto 2 months if needed.
I will cover the Utilities and Cleaning fee.
