My roommate (he/him) and I (she/her) are looking for a roommate to occupy a bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment, starting September 2021. You and I will share a bathroom that’s located outside (but in-between) our rooms, the master bedroom (occupied) has a private bathroom. Note: Photos of the bedroom are my bedroom (from the week I moved in), this is identical to the room available. Rent is $780 a month + utilities (Internet, Electricity, Gas). You will need to provide the first month’s rent and security deposit ($780) before move-in. In addition, the property manager will require an online application. Please note: Photos of the room are photos of my room from move-in day, but it is identical to the room available.

About Us: I’m in my late twenties and Mike is in his early 30s. We’re both pretty amiable and chill people. We’re both very into music. We’re quiet, so we keep to ourselves a lot, but we have plenty of spontaneous, sociable hangouts in the living room, and sometimes go on family outings outside of the apartment. I cook the most and my unofficial love language is cooking for others so I occasionally share. I work from home 3/5 weekdays a week, and Mike’s schedule varies. We keep the place in clean, good shape (so, no dishes left overnight). As far as the shared bathroom, cleanliness should always be maintained, but cleaning responsibilities don’t follow a strict set schedule. As long as you’re mindful of the shared space, we will all get along fine. You should have a collaborative mindset and be a responsible, clean, respectful person with a steady income.
